Arthritis

To be frank, I never bother myself to find out what is that all about arthritis, until I have knee pain…
Yes, that’s when I really did have a problem of moving and even squatting down.
Some friends of mine did advise me to go for a check up, yet, you know me, always a stubborn me, never give much heed to others’ advice, I took no heed of what they said.
But you know me well too I supposed.
I did do a lot of research myself trying to find out and trying to prove to myself that I am actually not an unlucky person to diagnose arthritis…
Ha~cannot stand me right?
Hmmm…sometimes I myself also cannot stand myself…hahaha~
