Do you enjoy your life?
I mean are you healthy enough to enjoy your life? Energetic enough?
Lively enough? Fun enough and happy enough?
Friends around know me well that I am always craving a fresh and exciting workout experience that stimulates my mind as well as my body and leave me feeling invigorated and ready to take on the life’s challenges.
To be frank, I am hooked with body combat…
Why? Hmmm…to me, body combat is a great stress buster. With moves that include kicking, punching, it helps shedding inhibitions and worries, and it does help improving my self-esteem, self-assurance and self- confidence.
And of course, I love the great feeling of sweating and being the “red hamster”…
