Side effects of diet pills

I was having a topic with my friend about losing weight yesterday.
Unavoidably, we came across the topic of doing exercise, having a healthy diet or supplements, diet pills, and well, we came across the effectiveness and the side effects of diet pills of course.
It was not a short chat I think…hey hey, merely for the topic of slimming down, we can be there to chat nearly 3 hours…but of course, we were exchanging the constructive suggestions and opinions…
